More Lego

A couple days ago Isaac built a truck that he wanted me to photograph.


Then this morning I created the following. I like it for it's overall symmetry.




The red/white/yellow/green top assembly rotates as well.






When I start projects like this, I really don't have a picture in my mind of what the finished product will look like. I have an initial idea that I start with and then with every additional piece I attach, new ideas suggest themselves and before I know it...voila! Although I will say that symmetry and balance are always the underlying foundation for most of what I build.
